Joyce is the Managing Partner of CLIN Partners. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Her professional career spans 24 years involving audit, financial management services, business advisory, training, and capacity building. She has audited and offered advisory services to private enterprises as well as public sector entities, NGOs, donor-funded projects.
Joyce is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (FCCA) and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Makerere University and a Diploma in business administration and a certificate in Accountancy and Financial management. She has attended short courses in management, project evaluation, taxation, accountancy organized by ACCA and ICPAU.
Prior to registering CLIN Partners, Joyce was an Associate Partner at Dativa & Associates, a CPA firm for 3 years. She also worked as an Operational Manager at The Gorilla Organization where she was in charge of supervising and management of the organization’s financial management systems and in addition to reporting. She also worked as Finance Manager, Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, and Senior Revenue Officer at Uganda Revenue Authority. Joyce also worked as Group Accountant for Visa Plastics and Oscar Industries Limited. Joyce has vast experience in auditing, tax, accounting, financial management, and training in the private and public sectors.
As the firm’s managing partner, Joyce has been in charge as a team leader of most of the firm’s assignments, including audit assignments, financial management, and consulting assignments.
